Not ready to hear the possibility of my body having a health challenge again.

But at both of the exams I had in the last few days, the doctors were concerned about a lump in my abdomen. And want me to get an ultrasound.

Have no idea what that will cost. Just when I was beginning to feel some breathing space financially.

I have ignored and lived with known fibroids for over 15 years without experiencing more than just a little discomfort. But this seems to be something new and it seems to be worrisome to the doctors that examined me. So I will make the call and find out the cost and go from there tomorrow.

I had a hard time getting to the health care office today. Maybe I was more than stalling, but not wanting to have this exam with its challenging outcome. I went to where I thought I had been directed on the phone. Didn’t see the name of the clinic. Asked a woman wearing a tag that looked official standing outside the complex of medical offices.. She told me I was at the wrong building and directed me a few blocks away. I hurried to my car and drove there. When I was called to the desk, she looked up my name and told me I was at the wrong clinic. The one I was suppose to be at was back where I had been, but around the corner. She called them to tell them I was on my way and not to worry about being a few minutes late. I hate being late! But there was nothing to do but get back in my car and find another parking place and check in at the right Women’s Health Clinic.

For all that stressing, my blood pressure was low, my norm and my heart rate was fine. All good news. Then there was the exam that revealed the new lump in my body. Not so fine.

After the last surgery I had that was a minor surgery that left me with a major complication that I deal with daily, I am not dealing well with the thought I might have to have another surgery. I guess I will just see what I learn in the next few weeks.

Had to leave a webinar with Tony Laidig after about 20 minutes to get to my Board Meeting. Will do the replay as quickly as possible to not get behind in trainings.

On my way to the Board meeting at the MAC, I stopped at the Commonwheel and was greeted with my favorite words. “I am so glad to see you, I am having a bit of trouble.” This one was easy to resolve. A new person learning about closing the Gallery and had a few questions. Nothing that couldn’t easily be resolved.

As I continued on my walk to the MAC for the Board meeting, one of the Board members called and told me we meeting in a different building than the email had said. Four of us got there, arranged the tables to work better. As it got later, no one else showed up. She had gotten the building number confused and everyone was at the neighboring building. A call from the President got us moving in the right direction.

Had a productive meeting. And enjoyed my half mile walk home.

Grabbed a quick snacky meal so I wouldn’t wake up hungry in the middle of the night and writing my blogs.

Got a bit distracted and went on Facebook for a few minutes. Found some very fun and beautiful art postings. Even was inspired to share a few.

Now off to the hiking blog.

Then early to bed and doing a MAP coning to surround myself with healing entities.
